Ok, I head you asking it from everyone you know who is doing good. But, has anyone answered to this Question?

Well, let me tell you.Yes, you can make money, even if your Site looks Ugly. its all the Content is King. Yes, Give time to Create good content.. Think and then Write. Write Articles that can help people in any way. Whatever your Niche may be, just try to help people and you will make money from your blog.

Now, about the Design, if you can afford any Premium theme, go for it. but in you still are struggling to make money from your blog. Then, first make some and then spend some. Not a Good Maths to Spend before you are earning.

I have seen ugly blogs which are making enough money.

Ask People to to Subscribe Blog in a Reader.

If someone reads your blog in a Reader, he will never have to visit your blog to read the posts, hence he will never look at your blog’s design. So, if you think your blog design Sucks. Give your readers an Option to Switch to Reader to read your Posts. Google Reader is the best option for it. ask your Reader to Create an Account on it, it’s free.
